We would actually pay for it in full and see if it increases our sales for 30 days. If there was no increase in sales with having the verisign seal, we could then cancel within the 30 days and get a full refund. But no where on the verisign site did we see where it said we could get that refund. So we called again and asked the verisign salesman for proof of the refund offer. We asked if they would email us the statement saying that we could get that refund if we were not happy with the product. We felt we needed this because their site did not openly display this offer as far as we could see. For several minutes the salesman talked about giving me his email address as proof of the refund offer and other nonsense. Then he tried to get me to go to other websites to show me something unrelated to the question. I asked again if he could send me the wording that promised a refund within 30 days if we were not happy. Again he danced around our request and would not send proof of a refund offer. So, we ended our conversation without shaneshop getting a verisign seal. The whole thing seemed very unprofessional and shady so we did not sign up and give them $300.00.
